Final purchase price will include product price, bottle deposit, GST, and shipping costs.
In-Store purchases can be made by any major credit card, debit, or by cash.
Your pickup will be available within 2 hours.
You will receive two emails from us. One email confirms we have received your order and a second email that confirms your order is ready to be picked up.
**PLEASE WAIT FOR THE 2ND EMAIL FROM US CONFIRMING YOUR PICKUP TIME BEFORE MAKING A TRIP TO THE STORE.**
Our preference is to deliver your item(s) the next day at the same time as other deliveries, in order to keep our costs down and our prices low. If you need your product sooner, please give us a call, as sometimes can make exceptions, or find another solution.
Please be prepared to show us the following information:
– Valid Government Issued Photo ID
– Online Order Number and/or phone number
**If someone else is picking up your order, please make a note on your order before placing or email the store at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know their full name and ensure they have a valid government issued photo ID.
We will be unable to release your order to anyone other than you without proper notification.
To cancel your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com letting us know the reason for cancellation and the order number of the order you’d like to cancel.
Our checkout system makes life easier for you, as there is no password. If the website is ever unsure whether you are the correct person trying to access your account, it will send you a link in your e-mail which allows you to confirm who you are.
Generally, you will remain logged in and always see your current orders and Rewards Points.
